Internship in marketing and social media (m/f/d)

We are looking for a marketing and social media intern to support the festival team for the period from 8 July to 5 October 2024. During the entire internship period, you will be guided and supervised by the head of the press and marketing department. You will also have the opportunity to get a taste of various career prospects.

Tasks:

Collaboration in the marketing area of the festival

  • Editorial assistance with publications (e.g. image credits, proofreading, research)
  • Preparation of mailing campaigns for the festival publications
  • Maintaining and populating online portals
  • Realisation of spontaneous PR and marketing campaigns

Maintenance of social media channels

  • Creating social media content together with our agency and our head of marketing
  • Production of photos, texts and videos about the festival, as well as content preparation for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Conception and implementation of social media advertising campaigns
  • Support for social media channels

Requirements:

  • Interest in art and culture
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, independence
  • Fun in the communication of the cross-cultural festival programme
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing desirable
