We are looking for a marketing and social media intern to support the festival team for the period from 8 July to 5 October 2024. During the entire internship period, you will be guided and supervised by the head of the press and marketing department. You will also have the opportunity to get a taste of various career prospects.
Tasks:
Collaboration in the marketing area of the festival
- Editorial assistance with publications (e.g. image credits, proofreading, research)
- Preparation of mailing campaigns for the festival publications
- Maintaining and populating online portals
- Realisation of spontaneous PR and marketing campaigns
Maintenance of social media channels
- Creating social media content together with our agency and our head of marketing
- Production of photos, texts and videos about the festival, as well as content preparation for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Conception and implementation of social media advertising campaigns
- Support for social media channels
Requirements:
- Interest in art and culture
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, independence
- Fun in the communication of the cross-cultural festival programme
- Good MS Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Experience in graphic design and video editing desirable
