Tickets can also be purchased at our festival office up to and including 6.9.2024 (Mon to Fri 11am – 6pm). Adress: Bolkerstr. 14 –16, 40213 Düsseldorf. From 9.9.2024 then at the main box office in the theater tent (daily from 11 a.m.). Tickets are also available from all known advance booking offices.

Payment and shipping

Payment is made by direct debit or credit card (EuroCard/MasterCard or VISA).
Unfortunately, it is NOT possible to collect tickets ordered by telephone from the festival office.
We charge a flat-rate processing and shipping fee of €4.

Discounts

Early bird: Up to and including 21.5.2024 there is a 10% discount on ticket purchases.

Reduction: Pupils/students (14 to 26 years inclusive), federal volunteers, trainees, severely disabled persons (from GdB 80, necessary accompanying person free) and unemployed persons receive a €8 discount on all available tickets upon presentation of appropriate proof, with the exception of Silent Disco Walking Tours and After-Show-Party. Please also have the proof ready at the entrance.

U14: Visitors under the age of 14 receive a 50% discount on all available tickets upon presentation of valid proof.

U14/Family Card: On presentation of the Düsseldorf Family Card, the price for children under the age of 14 is reduced to approx. one third of the normal price.

FestivalCard: The FestivalCard for 40,- € reduces the price of one normal price ticket per event by 30 %. The ticket is not transferable. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Last Minute U27: Visitors under the age of 27 can obtain tickets in the two cheapest price categories for a standard €13 on presentation of valid proof at the box office. (There is no entitlement to a ticket.)

Our tickets

are valid during the festival on the respective day of the event as tickets for the VRR for the outward and return journey (until 3 a.m.) – in the entire RheinRuhr transport network. If you use print@home, you can generate your free ticket at www.printathomeplus.de.

General information

It is not possible to return purchased tickets. Individual tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost. Visitors who arrive late are not entitled to admission.
Some venues are unheated or only accessible via steps, please take precautions.

Aisle seats in churches have a limited view, gallery seats are mainly listening seats.

Ticket prices include all fees with the exception of any external service fee.
