This year, for the first time, Guru Dudu is offering two completely new formats designed to foster inner attitude, reflection and healing: the ‘Grief Disco’ shares only headphones and movement with the ‘Silent Disco’, as it encourages the audience, in a participatory workshop, to express negative emotions such as anger, fear and despair in the face of the state of the world. Through authentic somatic movement, personal and collective grief is transformed into the power to bring about change.
