It’s a familiar sight during the festival: the spiritual joker Guru Dudu from Melbourne in his parrot-coloured outfits on a tour of the city, surrounded by uninhibited people. The Australian has been coming to the festival every year since 2016 and gets his audience moving with music and dance.
