Chefs in Town

Once again this year, we’re taking part in the delightful gastronomic event ‘Chefs in Town’. Alongside our barman Gianni, the young barman Ali Hassan puts a modern twist on classic cocktails in particular. Chef Dominik Wetzel presents ‘The World’s Smallest Restaurant’.
With Dominik Wetzel, ‘Chefs in Town’ offers a personal, intimate and culinary experience in the smallest of spaces. The chef, culinary consultant and host is bringing his “world’s smallest restaurant” to Düsseldorf, making the direct interaction between chef and guest part of the experience. The focus is on his signature “Chefs in Town Knallbonbon”:

Pani Puri | Cashew cream | Inca maize | Mango Breeze by Mälzer & Fu | Fried wild rice | Coco Loco

A dish that combines different flavours, textures and culinary influences, and is given its finishing touches right in front of the guests.
A limited number of seats, direct interaction and a signature dish developed for Chefs in Town. A culinary spectacle centred on the close connection between chef, ingredient and guest.
And this after-show party will also feature an exciting fusion of sounds: Tourneur and Laki bring the best of both worlds to the dance floor. Two of the most dynamic figures on Düsseldorf’s house scene will be taking over the booth together. Vinyl enthusiast Tourneur is a co-founder of the Safe Room Sessions and moves seamlessly between deep house, Chicago grooves and dub-infused techno nuances. Laki is a DJ with the trendy Butterzart collective and has a special flair for creating atmosphere. Together, they create a dynamic dialogue off the beaten track for an audience that celebrates electronic, danceable music culture whilst enjoying unusual cocktails.
