Andreasstraße 10, 40213 Düsseldorf
useful information about the location
St. Andrew’s Church is one of the festival’s oldest venues. From the very beginning, the festive opening concerts were traditionally held here under the direction of the legendary music teacher and choirmaster Ulrich Brall. The church has around 500 seats and is very centrally located in Düsseldorf’s old town. The former court church was consecrated in 1629 and bears witness to early Baroque architecture. The interior of the church is richly decorated with works of art.
