Alte Farbwerke

Built in the 19th century as the factory and administration of Vereinigte Farbwerke AG, the property has been transformed into a commercial centre with its own unmistakable charm in the Düsseldorf-Flingern industrial area. On the other side of the street is the Höherweg car mile, with TV studios, wholesalers and retailers, craft businesses and, for example, the administration of the municipal utilities in the old Flingern power station in the immediate neighbourhood.
