Useful information
about the performance

Last year, a scenic performance to the sounds of the organ surprised visitors to the Sunday organ. This year, the special concert experience will be enhanced by the dimension of song. The contemporary dance performance is inspired by Maurice Duruflé’s organ work on the old hymn “Veni Creator” (op. 4). The choreography is developed by Dans Myth under the artistic direction of choreographer Daniel Smith and brings together three dancers, the live vocals of Thomas Huy and the powerful live organ music of Fr Thomas Möller OP. This new creation explores themes of invocation, transformation and spirituality, combining movement and sound with the architecture and spirit of the space.
