Faith

Club Guy & Roni, one of the leading contemporary dance companies from the Netherlands, will be performing at the festival for the first time. The company is working with artists from the Global South on their long-term project “Human Odyssey”. In “Faith”, Club Guy & Roni bring cultures and world views together with the Moroccan choreographer Khalid Benghrib and his Cie 2k_far. “Faith” is a whirling kaleidoscope of musical and spiritual influences from all over the world, with the gifted singer Karima el Fillali taking centre stage, who enters the stage in the opening scene as Madonna with child and unleashes a fast-paced performance between worship, chaos and trance.
