Tickets can also be purchased at our festival office through September 11, 2026, and from October 19 to December 11, 2026 (Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.\u20135 p.m.).

\nFrom September 14 to October 4, tickets will be available at the main box office in the theater tent (daily starting at 11 a.m.).
\nTickets are also available from all known advance booking offices.<\/p>\n

Payment and shipping<\/h3>\n

Payment is made by direct debit or credit card (EuroCard\/MasterCard or VISA).
\nUnfortunately, it is NOT possible to collect tickets ordered by telephone from the festival office.
\nWe charge a flat-rate processing and shipping fee of \u20ac4.<\/p>\n

Discounts<\/h3>\n

Early Bird Discount: <\/strong>A 10% discount is available on ticket purchases through May 8, 2026.<\/p>\n

Reduction: <\/strong> Pupils\/students (14 to 26 years inclusive), federal volunteers, trainees, severely disabled persons (from GdB 80, necessary accompanying person free) and unemployed persons receive a \u20ac8 discount on all available tickets upon presentation of appropriate proof, with the exception of Silent Disco Walking Tours and After-Show-Party. Please also have the proof ready at the entrance.<\/p>\n

U14:<\/strong> Visitors under the age of 14 receive a 50% discount on all available tickets upon presentation of valid proof.<\/p>\n

U14\/Family Card:<\/strong> On presentation of the D\u00fcsseldorf Family Card, the price for children under the age of 14 is reduced to approx. one third of the normal price.<\/p>\n

FestivalCard: <\/strong>The FestivalCard, priced at \u20ac42, offers a 30% discount on one standard-price ticket per event. The ticket is not transferable. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.<\/p>\n

Last Minute U27:<\/strong> Visitors under the age of 27 can obtain tickets in the two cheapest price categories for a standard \u20ac13 on presentation of valid proof at the box office. (There is no entitlement to a ticket.)<\/p>\n

Down Under Special: <\/strong>When you purchase one ticket each for the Eternity event and the Ten Thousand Hours event, you\u2019ll receive a 10% discount on the total price of both tickets. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.<\/p>\n

General information<\/h3>\n

It is not possible to return purchased tickets. Individual tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost. Visitors arriving late are not entitled to admission.
\nSome venues are unheated or only accessible via steps, please take precautions.<\/p>\n

Aisle seats in churches have a limited view, gallery seats are mainly listening seats.<\/p>\n

Ticket prices include all fees with the exception of any external service fee.<\/p>\n
